Cougars Host 2025 NJCAA Region 20 DII West Baseball Tournament

The Frederick Community College Cougars baseball team has secured the #1 seed in Region 20 DII and will now host the 2025 NJCAA Region 20 Division 2 West Baseball Tournament at the Frederick Cougars Baseball Field from May 9-11. Spectators are free

The Cougars will play #4 seed Allegany College of MD on Friday, May 9, at 4 PM. 

The NJCAA Region 20 D2 West Championship Game is slated for Sunday at noon. The winners will advance to play a three-game series against the Region 20 D2 East Tournament champions.

Friday, May 9, 2025 (Semifinal Round Date – at Frederick)

Game 1: #2 Garrett (25-11) vs #3 Hagerstown (23-13) – Time: 1 PM
Game 2: #1 Frederick (29-7) vs #4 Allegany College of MD (21-15) – Time: 4 PM

Saturday, May 10, 2025 (Semifinal Round Date – at Frederick)

Game 3: L1 vs L2 – Time: 10 AM
Game 4: W1 vs W2 – Time: 1 PM
Game 5: L3 vs W4 – Time: 4 PM

Sunday, May 11, 2025 (Final Round Date – at Frederick)

Game 6: W4 vs W5 – Time: 12PM
Game 7: if necessary – Time: 20 minutes after Game 6
