Named to the Who’s Who Among Students in American Junior Colleges

Named an NJCAA Academic All-American

Earned Region XX Academic and Athletic Award

Member of the 1994 and 1995 teams which were both Region XX Maryland State Champions

Member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society

Post-FCC Athletic and Career Accomplishments:

Transferred to Frostburg State University, where she graduated in 1997

Became a Certified Public Accountant

Is the Senior Director with RSM US, LLP in Frederick

 

Personal Statement about FCC Experience:

“I have always fondly recalled my time at Frederick Community College. Participation on the women’s basketball team added greatly to my experience offering new friendships, challenges, and guidance from the College’s athletic coaching staff. I am thankful for my FCC experience, and will continue to encourage others to consider the preparatory opportunities it can offer in our community.”
