The Cougars dominated the boards with a 47-30 rebounding advantage, fueled by Al-Ameen Sanni's game-high 13 rebounds. Defensively, Frederick held the Knights to just 36% shooting from the field in the second half, forcing key turnovers that shifted momentum in their favor.

With this crucial win, the Cougars improved their record to 4-6. The victory was a collective effort, as FCC heads into the holiday break with renewed energy, setting their sights on their next matchup against CCBC Dundalk on January 8 at 6 PM.
